A bus takes us to Milan for the day. We do a walking tour of the city center including the Galleria, Duomo, La Scala, and statue of Leonardo da Vinci. John does an exceptionally majestic blessing from the center of the Galleria, after which Leigh spontaneously yells, “Touchdown!” And it is.

After we return from Milan we have dinner at a restaurant with breathtaking views of Lake Como and surrounding mountains. Great food, a live string quartet, a powerful mini-seminar from John, and Peter Bort and Jesus Garcia do brief sharings about an Italian Traveler of their choice. These sharings will be a regular feature of the tour.
