For many years, I longed to participate in the Master of Spiritual Science (MSS) program through Peace Theological Seminary & College of Philosophy (PTS). Yet for just as many years, my weekend work schedule conflicted with class times. So, when the self-paced program became available, I knew the timing was perfectly aligned for me to expand into a new level of awakening and remembrance.
This program has profoundly changed the way I live my life. I am deeply grateful for my MSS journey and how the curriculum met me exactly where I was, regardless of my situation or circumstances, and unfailingly guided me toward my inner truth. Each time I sat down to engage with the material, the facilitators, or my fellow classmates, I experienced immense support—support that encouraged me to embrace every part of myself, trust my inner relationship with the Traveler, and know myself as Divine.
The wide range of practical spirituality tools continues to inspire me to live the Traveler’s teachings from moment to moment. These tools serve as little beacons of awareness, calling me back home to Love, and reminding me of the freedom to choose love.
While I did most of the program alone, I was never lonely or alone. In fact, the self-paced format helped me develop a deeper understanding of and trust in my partnership with God, the power of intention, and the joy of being a responsible co-creator. The loving presence of Spirit was my constant companion, even in the moments when I did not recognize that presence within myself.
The togetherness sessions, partner sharings, and Traveler sharings were the proverbial icing on an already abundant cake of support. I thoroughly enjoyed connecting with other self-paced students, whose perspectives blessed me with new ways of understanding and integrating the teachings.
My wonderful reader, Melissa, loved me up through her unwavering encouragement and compassionate reflections. Her support helped me clear years, perhaps even lifetimes, of seeing myself through a veil of illusion and negativity. The care I received from PTS was truly uplifting. Aspen, Elizabeth, Melissa (both live and recorded), Julie through her recorded facilitation, Samaneh, and all the readers held in the Light and Love with such generosity and patience that they fostered within me a profound trust in my own inner process.
The coursework and exercises were presented in a clear, accessible, step-by-step manner. This allowed me to release the need to figure everything out. Rather than merely trying to understand the teachings, I was able to experience them. I came to experience myself as Denise the Christ and to remember myself home, to Love and to the Love that I am.
Every step of the way has been magical and ordinary, stretching and expansive, illuminating and transformational. It has been a beautiful unfolding—an ongoing practice of letting go, receiving, accepting, celebrating, cooperating, trusting, and remembering.
And the journey continues…
