Well, you know when John Morton starts using Yiddish words like “Mishegas”, which means craziness or foolishness, there’s a blessing of laughter coming too! And once again, the foolishness of men reveals the wisdom of Spirit as so many different aspects revealed Its Self.
As this seminar unfolded, it included taking live Q&A, as well as written sharings. The blessings of Spirit in the “word level” covered everything from: “Stalking the Spirit” like sitting in a duck blind stalking ducks, to “seeking the Kingdom of God first and all else shall be added unto you.” John read parts of the latest issue of the NDH live for us. He informed us that the Traveler assists us inside as Its primary work, and that we’re all doing okay coming in line as human beings sent by God into this world. And so, the Traveler shared from the ridiculous to the sublime, and we experienced so much laughter throughout the evening.
Over and over again, as the main theme of “Blessings of the Spiritual Heart” were expressed, I heard John refer to seeking the Kingdom in so many ways. We’re not our karma. Have God first, then it’s all okay, like making our way God’s way. And in SE’s? Again, bring devotion and dedication to the altar within as we seek the Kingdom of God.
I heard John share that we can be clean, clear and pure inside like having a “Mikvah”. [When I was 18 yrs of age, I had a real Mikvah, in Ellenville, NY with 3 orthodox Rabbis — and this ritual purification under water is like having a fully immersed baptism.] So the blessings of the spiritual heart last night were a reminder once again to be purified in our hearts, become once again single in our consciousness and focus in God. And meeting the challenges with Spirit with our loving devotion, then we can bring in enthusiasm, the energy of God’s Spirit.
