On February 4th we all gathered, with anticipation and love in the air, for another wonderful Q&A evening with John Morton, and a surprise guest — MSIA’s founder John-Roger! The evening was hosted by the witty and elegant President of the University of Santa Monica, Dr. Ron Hulnick.

Dr. Hulnick welcomed everyone in the Brentwood Ballroom at 2101 Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Monica, California, which is the site of The University of Santa Monica. He then extended the welcome to all our neighbors around the globe tuning in via the Internet for a night that proved to be a prelude to Valentine’s Day with most of the questions geared towards relationships of all kinds. Dr. Hulnick also made mention that our broadcast would be heard in the entire universe as he spoke about the teachings of MSIA and Soul Transcendence. He called us all forward into the Light and explained the nature of chanting Ani-Hu, Hu being an ancient name of God and Ani evoking empathy. After the chanting we were prepared to receive the blessings to come.

We were shown a video introduction of John-Roger and Pauli Sanderson’s newly released book When Are You Coming Home. It was a video excerpt from the book signing last November at Barnes and Noble at the Grove in Los Angeles. There were also introductions to various tapes and CD’s available through MSIA. We also viewed Moments of Peace featuring John-Roger.

Dr. Hulnick introduced our beloved Spiritual Director John Morton. John in his usual good cheer greeted us in the Ballroom and those on the internet. John started with checking in to see if John-Roger was available to participate with us, and lo’ and behold he was on, via modern technology and our brilliant NOW Productions team. There was a joyful cheer that John-Roger would be joining us.

John Morton began the Q & A with a question from an Internet participant in Australia asking for some keys to dealing with jealousy especially with someone who doesn’t love you back. John and J-R spoke about loving, caring and going for what you really want.

The next question was from a participant in the ballroom asking about emotional karma and keys to keeping clear. John reminded us that karma is about learning and a change in attitude can assist.

A question on the Internet came from a Spanish speaking participant in West Palm Beach Florida. John suggested a meditation packet that is available through MSIA called Joyful Meditations and in particular a meditation called “The Inner Calm.”

In the ballroom, a participant posed a question with regard to making important decisions. John reminded us that trusting in God is important to that process.

On the Internet from Calabasas California a young person asked: “When did God come into existence?” John answered by saying that God is coming into existence each day.

A participant on the Internet asked a question about seeding and its value. John reminded the caller and all of us about storing our treasures in heaven and placing the prayer with Spirit first.

On the internet, a participant from Sherman Oaks asked about Marriage karma. John spoke about loving no matter what.

In the ballroom the question came from a participant who has been pondering about having a family one day and wonders when do you know it’s time? “When do you know that person is the one?” John answered by letting the person know that there is no rush, to let it be a natural flow.

The last question of the evening was from Long Beach, California from a participant on the Internet asking about addictions. J-R talked about a pattern interrupt. John’s feedback was to use the energy to free yourself into a more positive directive.

John completed his portion of the evening with a guided closed eye meditation that took me to heaven with his relaxed, gentle and compassionate tones. When John finished the room was very still, and calm with a quiet peace. We stood quietly and said our goodbye to John as he left the ballroom.

Dr. Ron Hulnick returned to the stage and presented information on the next webcast which is scheduled for March 2nd at 7:30 p.m. pacific time, in Santa Monica and worldwide on the Internet at www.msia.org/live. Join us!
