What a glorious Summer day it turns out to be. Perfect for the Open Day at Peace Labyrinth and Gardens. As I arrive, folks are already gathering for the tour. Yours truly is one of the docents. It is to be an exciting adventure showing people around this beautiful mansion that I’ve been coming to for 30 years. Wow! It has only become better. I gather with the other docents to hear instructions and the program we are to follow from our fearless leader and administrative director for the Residents Program, Kevin McMillan. After receiving our instructions, we gather in the dining room for tea and cookies until all the registered people arrive.
