The natural loving energy of Peace Awareness Labyrinth & Gardens is always enhanced tenfold on Spiritual Spa Days. The participants milled around, smiling, talking and being lovingly joyful as they arrived for the day’s event.

The lovely MC, Kevin McMillan, called everyone to their seats. Everyone settled in with excited anticipation as Kevin introduced the witty and spiritually uplifting Eli Davidson. Eli is a very successful coach and author of the newly released book, Funky to Fabulous.

Eli got everyone aligned with their spiritual hearts by claiming, “Spirit is who you are…” and then by guiding them through the Ani-Hu chant—this chant helps groups of people attune to the love and empathy of God.

She gave the crowd a love energy zap with “If God were a guy you could trust, it would Rock!” She then had everyone ponder on the challenge areas of their lives and engaged them to explore “What if you could invite God into your challenging area?”

She then quoted John Morton from Loving Each Day:

“Imagine, if you will, that you have a companion, a friend who is always available to you, who always knows the answers, understands you, loves you, accepts you, laughs at your jokes, comforts you, tells you what you need to hear even if you don’t want to hear it. That’s your friend, who moves past all your objections and really loves you in a way that really loves you.” – John Morton

She offered this question to the class “What would your reality be like if God were your friend?” With this to reflect on, the participants listened to a recorded blessing by John Morton.

Eli elegantly had everyone identify their challenge areas and set an intention on what their challenging area would look like if they trusted God to help. Next, she had them reveal unknown support through journaling.

When Eli spoke about being touched by “the miracle of God”, some participants provided their own inner knowing of what miracles were to them. “Miracles are in the eye of the beholder” Eli said and then shared lovingly some of her own precious miracles that she encountered while trusting that God was her friend and companion. In gratitude, she acknowledged that these miracles occurred when she just let go and really let God take over.

Eli then led everyone in a partnering exercise, where each participant had a turn at answering questions that allowed them to acknowledge and intuitively feel the qualities of their spiritual support.

When the partnering exercise was complete, Eli opened up the Spiritual Spa Day for sharing by inviting everyone to reflect on how their spiritual support may have been presented differently than they had expected.

After some beautiful sharing, everyone was ready to enjoy a scrumptious gourmet buffet brunch that the very talented guest chef, Allan Bradley and his team went all out to prepare. And as always, the delicious Urth Caff
