A two-hour bus ride brings us to another high tea at another picturesque English castle: Hever Castle, dating back to 1270, and home to Anne Boleyn, wife of Henry VIII. Eating, clearing, and ghostbusting are the prime activities as the group hangs out inside a Tudor section of the buildings, and roams the grounds that include a water maze and gardens. Filled with sandwiches, scones and clotted cream we waddle back to the bus for the ride back to London.
Spectacular.
