Product Details

In this important seminar, John-Roger is addressing the patterns we picked up early in life, and tend to overlook as adults. We could call them ‘habits.’ Those habits, particularly when we are unconscious to them or overlook them, tend to run us even though we don’t know it.

J-R starts with this question, “How many of you people make decisions based upon your negativity?” In his authentic way, J-R says, “My hand is up too. I’m not immune .Its ego,” J-R continues. “We haven’t matured the ego, the mind-emotion in us, up to the point where it can match some sort of inner spirituality.”

J-R brings up many of the areas of attachments we all share: that pile of half-read books; that closet full of clothes we haven’t worn for years; that storage space holding the unused possessions of a lifetime. He makes clear why each of those possessions take a piece of our attention — a bit of our energy. And he shows us how we could use that energy in a different way, a way that opens a trajectory toward Spirit. During the seminar, J-R gives many techniques for clearing out your attention units. Here’s one. J-R says, “I tell people if you don’t use something within a year, throw it out!”
