This is a Soul Awareness Teaching (SAT) by John Roger.
John-Roger starts this seminar by reminding us that the Mystical Traveler works with us and that we never go through things alone. J-R also explains working in the 10% (handling what we can of this physical world), and reaching into the 90% (the rest of what’s going on, handled by God).
Part of J-R’s explanation has to do with the importance of attitude. “It is your attitude towards this 10% world that you have to watch; it is not the 10% world.” Humor and joy are ways to move from the 10% into the 90% level. He says, “When you can bring humor into your interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships, the spiritual quality comes in and when joy comes into a relationship between two people that is the working of the Holy Spirit, the working of God, the working of the Light.”
Throughout the seminar J-R offers ways to lift from the dense matter of the physical level into Who we are. “This planet is the place to learn,” J-R says. “It is not the place to sit on the throne and say you’ve learned it all.”
