A walking tour in Albi, a small town near Toulouse, home of Toulouse Lautrec. John does a small seminar in the Cathedral of Sainte-Cécile. Then a big seminar in the evening in Toulouse: “What is Soul Transcendence?” There are about 40 people who are new to MSIA, brought by Prana ex-chefs and Toulouse natives/restaurateurs Guillaume and Claudie Botté. Anne Tormo translates, and the vibe from the trio of Anne and the Bottés is sweet, as though they’ve been together for eons. Also some transcendent singing by David Lesage, accompanied by a kind of space-age steel drum. Great energy in the seminar, and more smiles from John than I’ve seen in a long time. My personal take on it is that with all the new people there’s an receptive place for the Traveler to land. A clear field, not so many obstructions. There are thoughts and preconceived ideas in the air, but they’re not so solid. It’s a nice feeling—open, kind, warm. There are all-natural Botté-created refreshments afterwards, and lots of people hang around chatting.

I’m hungry for more of the Botte’s cooking… Fun, beautiful. And it is great to see so many John Morton grins! THANK YOU.
