We meet in the Carlton Towers the evening of Tuesday Sept 6 where we get t-shirts, nametags, etc., for the trip, Jsu and Nicholas Brown do some orientation. 9:30 am on the 7th we get on buses for King’s Cross Station and the 6-hour train ride to Gleneagles, Scotland along England’s east coast. Green fields, billowy clouds, horses, sheep, small-town train stations, cows grazing by the ocean, people nap or play cards on the train. Buses meet us at Gleneagles to take us to the hotel/resort, where J-R is serenaded by a bagpiping Scotsman. Check-in, dinner and bed after a long day.
