While passing each other in the Grand Ballroom at the Sheraton Universal Hotel one day during MSIA’s Conference, Dale Kitchell, Insight’s Managing Director, approached me asking if the participants in Insight IV could visit Prana. My eyes lit up, as I thought about how wonderful it would be for Prana to host a group of folks deeply immersed in self-discovery. My response was, “Let’s put this together.”

After a few emails and phone calls back and forth, Tuesday morning, July 29th, found Prana busy preparing for the participants, assistants and facilitators of Insight’s month-long training to visit Prana’s grounds and join us for lunch that day.

A big blue bus arrived and left the Insight IV participants at the front door. We talked to everyone about Prana’s role as the headquarters for MSIA and PTS, and newly as Peace Awareness Labyrinth and Gardens. Then they were off to the gardens to do spiritual exercises and a meditation. After that was free time when they could walk the labyrinth if they wished, and about half of the group did while the others visited the gardens some more.

Leslie Boyer, one of the facilitators of the Insight IV, and I looked in awe as everyone found their own niche around the gardens. The focus on Spirit was palpable, the setting magnificent, and the loving ever-present. For more information about Insight, visit the Insight website at www.insightseminars.org.

All together, we were about seventy people for lunch that day. Guillaume and Claudie Bott
