When I was asked to write an article about Super II, right away I knew I wanted to do it. There was one hitch in my plan to tell the Internet world all about my amazing experiences from this incredible seminar: I didn’t know where to begin. As many of you may know from other Insight Seminars or PTS or MSIA or USM classes, participants are asked not to divulge processes. What I can share with you is my experience. And I have asked some of my fellow Super II grads to help me out with sharing their experiences with you, too. So, this is what you get, if you choose to read this article: A bunch of fully-loved-up people sharing their learning, growth, and experience of upliftment from the most Authentic-Inducing seminar I have ever attended.

The Insight Super II: The Authentic Heart Seminar (aka Super II), is a fundraising event for Insight Seminars. The tuition this year was $3000 to participate and priceless to experience. The seminar took place from August 13 — 17, 2003 at the 2101 Wilshire building in Santa Monica, California. The facilitators for this special event were John-Roger, John Morton and Candace Semigran, the Founder, Spiritual Director, and COO of Insight Seminars Worldwide respectively.

During this training, I got a chance to take a really intimate look at what I do that limits me, and ultimately I learned that I have a choice with how I can live my life. I can choose to do those things that limit me, or I can choose to live in the fullness of my authentic heart. When I choose my authenticity, when I choose into being a partner with God, then my life seems so perfect, even with all the things that I may judge. I know that in God’s eyes (in Spirit) my life is perfect. When I ask myself, “What was my experience?”, what first comes to my mind is that I had a lot of fun. Because, being who I am, loving myself as I am and accepting myself as I am, creates grace and ease, which often leads to fun.

And now, I’d like to share with you what some other grads have to say about their experiences.

The Insight Super II was a sanctuary for me to safely and finally let go of those judgments and limiting beliefs that were hindering me from listening to and trusting the wisdom and joy of my heart. I can truly say that I have never known such Inner Peace as I have now thanks to the work I did with John-Roger and John Morton during this seminar. It was through their tender love and guidance that made it clear finally to me that I am always and forever unconditionally loved. The greatest gift was knowing that this unconditional loving resides within me to enjoy and to walk in confidence with as I approach my life with even greater gratitude and joy. Such a gift!

I feel very grateful to have experienced the miracle of working with J-R, John and Candace twice in Super II (2001 & 2003). I have never felt so much unconditional love in my life. I feel re-awakened to the possibilities for my life by sharing my authentic heart. And what is great is that it is very simple. I had made it hard over the years. It truly has been a great blessing to have spent so much time with the Travelers in such a small, intimate setting for five days. It was heaven on earth. I suggest that every initiate of MSIA give themselves the gift of Super II at least one time. For me, there truly is nothing else on earth like it. It warms my heart just to think of the love and the grace extended to me in that room. I feel a much deeper connection to myself and to the spiritual path of MSIA after the training. Super II is a very fun, transformational and uplifting experience. Super II opened my mind and my heart to experiencing my true self and knowing my authentic heart.
