At the March 2nd Q&A Evening with John Morton, and surprise guest John-Roger, I realized that each and every Internet broadcast sponsored by MSIA comes together through the visioning & work of several MSIA & NOW Productions staff people and many dedicated volunteers who prepare a place for Spirit and for the Travelers to bring forward their profound teachings. And, these evenings never cease to amaze those who participate, whether in the Brentwood Ballroom in Santa Monica, California, or live on the Internet.

For this evening’s event Elizabeth Davidson was Mistress of Ceremonies, and a wonderfully Light-hearted Mistress she was. Calling us forward into the Light, she explained about the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness (MSIA) and Soul Transcendence, the teaching of the Movement. She also shared a bit about her own experiences in MSIA over 22 years, and with studying the Discourses, the heart of MSIA’s teachings. She referenced the global nature of the Internet broadcasts, and pointed out that there were listeners and viewers tuned in all across the United States, in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Canada, Germany, and even in Uzbekistan.

Then Elizabeth gave John Morton a warm introduction, recounting how he has been a friend to her for many years, and mentioning John’s book, The Blessings Already Are.

He asked about the various places in the world where people were tuned in, and appeared delighted to know that Kentucky was a new state in which participants on the Internet were found.

John read from a letter to Betsy Alexander, the MSIA staff person who assists J-R and John with their correspondence. He described it as a letter from a “newbie” to MSIA, in which the person described some of their experiences studying the Discourses, and learning freedom, liberation, warmth and loving; they also asked about all the “purple Light” phenomena they were having.

Then the Q & A session began, with a question from an Internet participant in California regarding the film The Passion of Christ and why did Jesus have to go through what he went through? The theme of John & J-R’s response seemed to be about willingness and God’s will.

The next question was from an Internet participant in Uzbekistan: “How can I keep a positive consciousness regarding my chances in the
