4/21/04 Boston, Mass. — What does Paul Revere’s midnight ride have to do with this evening’s event with Dr. John-Roger and Dr. John Morton? Well, they both happened at night, they both happened in Boston and they both involved horses…. Okay, so I’m reaching. Even if they don’t have much to do with each other, they both were great events.

Tonight, the East Coast tour of the Travelers was kicked off by an intimate Q&A dinner with John-Roger and John Morton benefiting the Institute for Individual and World Peace (IIWP). In case you aren’t familiar with IIWP, it is an organization (founded by John-Roger) whose focus is to teach and study those processes that lead to peace. Peace has been defined by J-R as the cessation of againstness.

There is a beautiful ranch called Windermere atop the hills of Santa Barbara that IIWP maintains. Windermere is a place of peace, and home to many horses. Each horse has been charged with a special quality. You can adopt a horse whose quality you would like more of in your life by going to www.iiwp.org. You are welcome to visit the ranch, where many people have experienced the healing energy on the property.

J-R was at the top of his game (as usual). If you have ever attended a Q&A with J-R, you know that the extraordinary is ordinary when J-R’s in the house. I guess that’s just one reason he’s known as “the Chief.” And when the bases are loaded, the clean up hitter you can count on is our Traveler-in-Residence-on-Earth, John “16-ton” Morton.
