Once again we screen at our favorite theatre, The Fine Arts in Beverly Hills. We will not be able to screen Spiritual Warriors for about 3 months here because the theatre is under construction. We had a low turn out. J-R came to support us and lift our Spirits. Boy, we needed it.
Zoe and our usual suspects commanded their posts. Robert Easton took some time from his busy schedule and brought his many students to support us. I told Rick Ojeda, “J-R is here and that’s all that matters”, Rick agreed. We started the evening by screening a short film before Spiritual Warriors, called “Remnants”, a film J-R and I produced and Rick Ojeda directed.
Friends came by just to hang out like, Salma, Jaime, Kyle, Hector Elizondo, Corey Shane Love and many more. Shyla Cruize took the stage with us and we held our usual Q&A. This was a special evening because it’s always a blast when J-R shows up. I feel the Spirit flowing, Grace and the receptivity to Spirit all around me. I’m a junkie. I thrive on that energy.
