High Speed Video Now Available at Monthly Live Internet Q&A Events with John Morton

Article imageImagine seeing and hearing The Traveler in your community every month – not on a previously taped video – but live! Here is one MSIA community’s experience:

On Christmas Eve, we gathered in the cozy home of Richard Molentino and his parents, Mimi and Reuben Molentino, in North Miami. Richard along with Jack Palermo set up the computer and transmitted the seminar via DSL through a projector onto a large screen. Everyone in the room could see and easily enjoy the beautiful video of John-Roger and John Morton. Luz Jaramillo set up a laptop and transmitted the audio portion in Spanish right nearby. Not only could we all see the seminar, but we could all understand it in our native language. Everyone brought delicious treats, and the Molentinos provided a scrumptious spread of goodies. Dana Artin sold MSIA products, and we all stayed and shared and hugged throughout the evening. It was a joyous, loving time for us all. Thanks to everyone who made the evening a sweet success!

Due in part to the tremendous success of the Christmas Eve seminar and some exciting technological breakthroughs, MSIA will now be transmitting live video over the Internet for the first time, on January 29, as part of our monthly live webcast seminar series. This means you and your community have the opportunity to hear and see the Traveler and even ask questions over the Internet.

In order to receive video, you must have a computer with a high speed connection (200K or more) to the Internet. Modems will not work for video reception, however you will still receive audio. Examples of high speed connections that can work include DSL, cable modem, and T1. Not all DSL and cable modem connections are guaranteed 200K connections, so check with your Internet Service Provider for more information. If your connection speed is not guaranteed, there is a chance that during busy hours your connection will get slower, affecting the quality of the video and audio you experience.

If you do not have a high speed connection to the Internet, contact your local MSIA representative for information about tuning in with a group. If you do have a high speed connection, consider opening your home to the magic of sharing this event with your local community. And if you’ve been considering purchasing a higher speed connection to the Internet, here’s one great reason to go for it.

MSIA continues to remain on the cutting edge of technology and we encourage you to take full advantage of these exciting new opportunities to connect to the Traveler’s teachings. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact webcast@msia.org.

The next Live Q&A with John Morton on the Internet is on January 29. Click here for all of the details www.msia.org/live.

It is our pleasure to serve you.

God Bless You,

Robert Peake
