One of the divine orders placed here is that you won’t be given anything you can’t handle.  What does that mean?  You may say, “I get squashed, stopped.  I’m stuck.”  Those are things you are handling.  What is being given to you, you can handle.

The attitude you may have is that you are not handling things very well, but in truth you are.  Where is the evidence?  You are surviving.  It didn’t kill you.  Even death doesn’t kill you.  That is what’s amazing.

You may say, “I heard death kills.” No.  It just does something to the body.  That’s all.  Those who do not understand that process get stuck with what goes on in the body.  The ones who do understand realize the body doesn’t contain or control anything.

There is a visitation.  That explains it.  One day, what was in the body takes off and doesn’t return.  The body starts showing evidence quickly that has happened.  The body stops and then decomposes. Why?  Because it doesn’t have the thing that keeps it going anymore.  It’s gone.  The life is gone.  Where did it go?  Good question.

I wouldn’t spend your life worrying what is going on with the body.  The only meaningful thing going on in the body was the life that was there.  When that is gone, we can go where the life went, which is within.

Have you ever heard John-Roger say, “If it’s not fun, I don’t see any reason to do it?”  If the Spirit’s not there – life, joy and love is not there.  We’ve got no business being there either.  We are off.  We want to get with what the Spirit is doing, what the Lord is doing today.

The Lord is up to some good. What kind of good?  The greater good. Really, the greatest good.  That’s what the Lord is.  If you really want to get with the Lord, get towards the greatest good.  Move yourself that way.

How do you do that?  Do the best you can.  That’s it.  What if you don’t do the best?  You get another chance.  Isn’t that amazing?  No matter what you did, you get another chance to do the best you can right now.  There is no condemnation.  There are always more chances.

What starts making a difference?  Are you letting yourself hang out in the negative and being in down time?  Or are you opening yourself up and choosing to go higher, expanding and moving?  That is going to make all the difference between who is progressing and who is not.

Everyone is progressing, but it’s relative.  Who is making a lot of progress?  The one having less and less down time.  The one that stays up, open and expanded.  That’s the one.  That is a master.  They are transcending everything going on here.  They don’t get stuck in any of it.  How do they manage that?  They just do not let things stop them.

If you want to present a negative case, you are allowed that luxury. What does it produce for you?  It does not produce what you want.  Don’t indulge in negativity any more than is necessary.

We indulge in negativity because we choose to.  We do not have to.  It’s not required.  We do that because we’re just plain stupid.  Can we change that program?  Yes, if you are willing to wake up and stop your nonsense.  Stop repeating things that you have done before and don’t need to do again.

You may say, “What if I’m doing it again?”  You are not aware that you are going in a pattern of repetition.  Wake up!  Realize, “I’ve already done this before.  I don’t need to do this again.”  What do you need to do?  Do something that has value.

What do we know that has value?  Loving has tremendous value.  Truth has absolute value.  It is priceless.  Get involved in those commodities.  Participate in loving and truth as much as you can.  If you do that, you are going to stay in good territory.  It is going to lead you into what you don’t know how to do for yourself.

Stay loving even if you don’t know what you are really doing, what’s going on or don’t understand.  Just stay loving.  That will take care of it.  You may say, “I thought I had to understand, know what was going on, be in charge and be in control.”  The stupid ones think like that.  The smart ones just love it all.

That may seem basic, like a child could do that.  Yes, any child can.  It’s the sophisticated ones that don’t know how to do it.  The ones that think they know what is going on are really stupid because they do not.  They just pretend.  So, get childlike.

Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these. (Matthew 9:14)

Loving works.  Love it all.  It is amazing because we can be in a gutter or on a throne, and it’s the same.  It does not matter where you are. There you go.  Go into the loving.

Blessing of Holding and Enduring to the End

From Blessings Here and Now, page 166

Let us take that up as a challenge today, that we would
minimize not only the curve but the negativity that creates
an unnecessary curve in our creation. And we can do it for
ourselves, so that we are balancing out the negativity.

We’re holding in the loving. We’re holding in the neutrality
with acceptance, even if our mind is ranting and raving.

We’re holding in the joy, in the opportunity to extend loving
and caring to others, and in order to extend that, we find it
in ourselves. It has to come through our own loving and
caring. We take a moment to place that, bring it forward.

We ask for God’s assistance and support in all the levels, so
that comes however it comes to each one of us.

And as it comes into our physical manifestation, that we
bless our creation. We love our creation. We clear it, balance
and heal it.

We let it go. We put it into the Light so it can return to the
nothingness from which it has come.

We extend it to whoever is nearby. We can put it in our voice.
We can put it in our face, our encouragement, a kind word,
maybe holding back criticism or judgment, that we would be patient
until Light and love is what is emanating in all of our creation.

As we do this as a blessing that opens up, we find it
can come to us, that we are receiving it.

As to whomever we meet, however many, however distant,
we find ourself in proximity, that we are here to share
the love, the Light, the blessing that comes as Your grace,
as Your mercy, as our willingness to hold and endure
to the end of this thing. God bless it all.
