I’m writing to you in regards to hosting another Institute for Individual and World Peace (IIWP) golf fundraiser. I would like to know if you or your friends are interested. I have John-Roger’s and John Morton’s support, and I would love your support too. Here’s what I’m looking for: 72 participants, 4 people for each hole.

At this stage what I’m after is your response. This will decide if we keep the promotion within MSIA and IIWP or if we promote it as a large public event. The event will take place after Conference in July, 2003, or soon thereafter. The starting donation is $250 and up per person.

I recall the last IIWP golf event — what a great day that was! Doing something that I love and supporting one of my favorite causes all at once. Please know that all levels of ability are very welcome, from scratch handicappers to the people that say “what is golf”? The format is best ball, which means every person in the team of four hits their shot and the team chooses the best ball. Then, the three other people drop their ball next to the chosen shot.

Think of golf events you may have been to in the past that you enjoyed or didn’t enjoy. I would like to hear both points of view. Think of what you would like on a day such as this and email it to me.
