Best Friend Forever

The greatest benefit I’ve received through studying with the Traveler is greater trust in myself and my partnership with God. When I first became involved in MSIA, I was struggling with an eating disorder. For me, a big piece of this was not trusting that I am a child of God and also not trusting that God is truly, truly my partner in all ways. As I’ve studied with the Traveler — reading my Discourses, doing my se’s, getting involved in the MSS and DSS, and coming on staff — I experience a greater attunement to the Traveler within me, and I have watched myself build trust in me and in God. This shows up in so many beautiful ways. For example, I do forgiveness and trust myself to hold with myself. I call in the Light and trust in my ability to tune into the energy present. I allow God to help me by just saying “God, please help me.” I cooperate with what is going on and put my trust in God’s timing. Lately, I’ve imaged in God as my BFF (best friend forever). Thank you, J-R and John, for supporting me in my upliftment. It is truly the deepest prayers of my heart being answered through the grace of the Traveler.
