The official trip hasn’t started yet, but people are starting to arrive. Staff and some early arrivals did an informal, impromptu bus tour of Istanbul for a few hours this morning. We went to the top of Galata Tower, a stone structure dating from the 14th century that has great views of Istanbul. Leigh had a nice heart connection with a sweet elderly street person.
