We must be willing to live life as it comes: Not living in the good as it comes or in the bad as it comes, but living life as it comes.
We must learn to expand with it regardless, instead of contracting and rejecting the changes in our lives.
– John-Roger, DSS
As 2024 winds down, we will all have our unique perspective on what has been a dynamic year of change on the world stage and for each of us individually. It has certainly been a roller-coaster of a year. However it has gone for you, please join us as we all say in unison, “Thank God for these teachings!”
Our staff theme for the year has been: Expand, and we can look back on a blessed, expansive year for MSIA, PTS, Heartfelt, and IIWP that brought many old and new online courses and events with the Traveler’s teachings to our worldwide family. Among the highlights of the year was our annual Conference which was well attended and filled with joy. John Morton and Leigh scouted wonderful locations for a PTS Travelers through the Ages tour in Italy for 2025. Our November Ministers Meeting had the highest in-person attendance since before the pandemic in 2020. And Living in Grace at Asilomar will cap the year, once again.
We are always working on how to better make the teachings available. The recent addition of Stacy Katz to the MSIA staff to lead this effort and to add freshness and enthusiasm to the effort has already yielded many ideas and directions for current and future MSIA programs. We are also creating a position for a Community Engagement Lead & Event Host that we would ideally like to fill with an enthusiastic minister. Prana just hired an experienced chef, Daneen Green, for the Prana campus. Daneen has a focus on nutrition and wellness – and eating delicious healthy foods as a spiritual practice. These are just three exciting parts of the puzzle of reinvigorating the residency and retreat programs at the Traveler’s Mystery School.
Our gratitude is overflowing for the blessings we have all received this year and for all of you who have participated and volunteered to support MSIA, Heartfelt, PTS, IIWP and Windermere. A great way to complete 2024 is with our Christmas Eve program with John Morton and with the New Years Eve Sacred Sound event with Paul Kaye (both online, or in person at Prana).
Year end is also a traditional time for giving. You can seed for yourself, family, or John Morton on the MSIA app or MSIA.org. Seeding cards are a wonderful way to send a Christmas greeting or blessing of support to friends and family.
We welcome year end donations to MSIA, the John-Roger Legacy Fund, and Heartfelt on the app or online. You can also donate to Windermere or the Windermere Peace Fund (a new fund we just created to support Windermere and IIWP) here.
Thank you for all that you give in so many ways. As J-R would constantly remind us, “It is the loving that makes all this work.” We love and appreciate you.
God bless you,
Paul, Vincent, Mark, Sherie, David, and Jeffrey
I had the pleasure of meeting Stacy during a recent visit to Prana and love her energy and enthusiasm. Blessings to everyone and everything during 2024 and light to 2025.
