Loving Provides a Safe Place – A Living In Service Story

A minister in northern California found out recently that her 26-year-old great-niece has been homeless. She and her two little dogs had been living in her car for six months and they were feeling unsafe.

She checked inside, “got in gear” as she describes it, and set about to find a trailer for her niece to park onto her property.  It was an extensive search including a 6 hour drive to look at one.

She was successful in finding the perfect trailer. Then the money needed to be raised to purchase the trailer. She asked the Traveler for Light trusting the means would be provided.

A ‘Go Fund Me” was set up, and she reached out to friends. Her prayer was answered, and the means were provided to purchase the trailer. After the trailer was delivered, and the water connection and drainage were set up, the generosity of friends provided blankets, towels, pots, pans and other miscellaneous items to prepare the trailer for her niece.

Today, her niece and two dogs have a safe home near family, and she is grateful. The willingness to step forward to assist her niece created a blessing for them all.

Thank you so much for your loving Light.
She is autistic with multiple health issues too.
She loves it here. Quiet. No men banging on her windows at night. Doggies can run around too.

  1. What a ministry of loving and compassion. Your neice must be so grateful for your outreach and kindness….and her dogs too!!!

Thank you Bea. This has been a challenging assignment. My great niece is autistic with multiple health issues.
I feel blessed that I have the space to put in a trailer; and that friends gave/loaned me money to help.
The owners of the Jay Feather trailer discounted the price, delivered and set it up for free.
Bless them and all kind Souls that have helped this happen.
Thanks to the Travelers watching over me.
