As we head into the end of the year, it’s a natural time to reflect on how the year has unfolded for all of us. Despite considerable turmoil in the world, it’s been a year of growth and a finer attunement to Spirit.
It was interesting to see how the theme of mastership emerged in the second half of the year. It began with the theme of the Inner Master at our annual Conference. Through a series of special events: IIWP shared about The Inner Master and the Golden Age; the Heartfelt Foundation offered Mastership and Service; Insight presented Mastership and Creativity; USM contributed Mastership and Loving with Mary Hulnick; and PTS hosted the two-day workshop The Inner Master Calls. There were many profound and insightful moments of Inner Master sharing with John Morton throughout. And to cap the theme for 2025, the Royal Road – The Path to Mastership, a beautiful 7-day retreat at Asilomar, concluded last Sunday.
In September, the Travelers Through the Ages Tour of Italy kicked off with 82 participants and staff, to experience the beauty of places where many Travelers did their ministries. At times, we joined the crowds who were visiting sacred sites for the Catholic Church’s Jubilee Year – which gave us many opportunities to spread the Light we carry. John Morton did blessings wherever we found ourselves – on the bus, in the Pantheon in Rome, or in a park overlooking Lake Como.
And so we complete 2025 with two iconic MSIA events – the Christmas Eve Seminar with John Morton starting at 3:00 PM PST on December 24, and the New Years Eve Sacred Sound Event facilitated by Paul Kaye at 4:00 PM PT – 5:30 PM PT on December 31.
Looking forward, the interior renovation at Prana will be complete by March. The Tea House project in the lower gardens has been progressing slowly, but surely, and we hope it will be ready by Conference. We are looking forward to having more visitors come to see our Reading Room, walk the labyrinth, eat great food, and participate in the many spiritual activities offered at Peace Awareness Labyrinth & Gardens.
If you are interested in being a docent, we would love to have you join the fun – interacting with people who visit to experience the property and come away with their inner peace being stirred. It is a joy to see the awe in their eyes and watch them transform as they open to the Traveler’s energy which is so present on the property. The PTS Travelers Tour of Turkey in September 2026 still has space available. We would love to add a few more participants for this once-in-a-lifetime journey. If you are called to join the group, please reach out to PTS soon so we can include you in this adventure. We’ll be visiting places where the Travelers, great poets, mystics, disciples, and apostles lived and traveled, and made their significant contributions to the world, including Rumi, Shams, St. Peter, St. Paul, St. John, and Abraham,
On a more technical note, the other day someone asked how to change their Discourses text font size in the MSIA app. The answer was to open any discourse and tap on the cog wheel in the upper right corner to open the settings to change the font size. The Reader Application for discourses has many settings to adjust exactly how you want your discourse to appear. Some of the settings include vertical text, scroll or page, columns, page margins, background color, typeface, font size, and more!
This is a good time to remind everyone that the MSIA app has a help icon in the upper right corner of many sections, e.g., Spiritual Exercises Timer, Library, Give, and the Light List. Look for the circle with a lowercase “i” in the center ⓘ. This gives the app user immediate assistance any time they need it.
