On The Road with Paul Kaye in Bulgaria & Russia 2014

After leaving the amazing, incredible, and mystical Light Tour in Jerusalem the services staff split off in several directions: John and Leigh to Switzerland, Vincent and Lesley to Madrid, and Celia Allen-Graham and me went directly to Moscow where we were met by MSIAers Radislav and Luba. The next two days were packed. We did 30 initiations, 16 services, 2 ordinations and two services. No time for sightseeing though where we were doing services was very close to the Bolshoi Theater.

It was touching to see that people came from the other side of Russia – Omsk in Siberia and Barnaul in the Altai Mountains next to Mongolia – to receive their initiations. Flexibility is essential when I go to Russia as the schedule changes hourly and I never know exactly what they are asking for when they want me to do a workshop evening and a meditation evening. Thank goodness it is Spirit that does the work and people seem to always get exactly what they need. I was pleasantly surprised that the first workshop was attended by 40 people.

Celia then went to Sweden and I went to Sofia, Bulgaria. It was my first time in Bulgaria and I found the MSIA community very warm and welcoming. Hristina and Bissi were remarkable hosts. Again, it was straight to work upon arrival with initiations and an ordination. Then it was three days of services and two workshops. It was pouring with rain most of the time but thank goodness all the events and services were happening at the hotel. One evening I did an abundance workshop and the next a health workshop. There were about 20 participants in each.

The discourses have been translated into Russian but not into Bulgarian, so that is the next order of MSIA business in Bulgaria. It’s difficult to direct people to the teachings when they have nothing to read in their own language. So this will be a priority. The Insight community here is healthy and thriving and I had the fortune to have my old friend and fellow Prana resident Basilio Cristou attend the health workshop. He was in town for the Insight 3 which was just starting. Bulgaria shares a border with Greece so it was a short hop for him to be in Sofia.

I think I ate gallons of Bulgarian yoghurt. I am allergic to dairy products but for some reason I could eat as much yogurt as I wanted with no adverse affect on my body. In fact, my body really seemed to need it and I felt well and healthy. It’s always very gratifying and fulfilling to do the Travelers work and when people are hungry for the teaching and are so grateful to have a taste of them it is a special joy.

I now go to Brighton, England to prepare some work for IHOP 3 starting in January. Then I come home to Los Angeles. It has been one of the longest trips and I have been on, not in actual time, but in the feeling of time. I think it must be the intensity of the Light. It seemed like Israel, Russia and Bulgaria drank it up.
