On Saturday, December 6th, there was an intimate group at Prana to enjoy Cheri Jamison and Edmond Allmond’s performance of “Mrs. Claus Comes to L.A.: A Christmas Cabaret.” The cabaret program included traditional favorites, inspirational pieces, and Christmas songs from Broadway.

The freshly decorated foyer beautifully set the festive atmosphere for the concert. Prana’s Christmas tree glittered and sparkled and the banister of the grand staircase was wrapped with evergreen. The Christmas spirit was easily felt by all.

The uproariously funny “Surabaya Santa,” the story of a disgruntled Mrs. Claus, was dramatically played up and had everyone in stitches! Whether singing the touching “Christmas Lullaby,” or the classic “White Christmas,” the quality of the music performed by these professional, high caliber musicians was enjoyed by all. Prana has been blessed to have such amazing musicians perform over the past several years, and Cheri and Edmond continued to raise the bar.
