“Momentum: Letting Love Lead” with Paul Kaye in Frisco, Texas

Article imageBreathe deep, and say I LOVE THIS! During this time when war and fear is present we can make peace with ourselves by saying I LOVE THIS!

The Barnes and Noble Bookstore in Frisco, Texas, hosted by community relations manager Patsy R. Murray, lovingly embraced our beloved Dr. Paul Kaye on March 5th. Paul gave a talk about his new book Momentum, Letting Love Lead which he co-authored with John-Roger.

Paul opened his fun loving seminar with how to re-direct negative energy using a process in the book called “Clear, Disengage and Disconnect” and adding I LOVE THIS! Then we each experienced the 10 second breathing and observing exercise adding I LOVE THIS. As the seminar progressed, the audience became more relaxed and laughed at Dr. Kaye’s many fun stories. Paul demonstrated that by using humor we can release and let go of whatever worries or fears we may have going on. He further explained how we could observe a challenging situation from a higher viewpoint, like an astronaut’s viewing point. Seeing the Earth in perfect harmony with altitude we see our “problems” from a higher perspective.

The bottom line of the I LOVE THIS technique is to love everything –your challenges as well as the good things. Doing this can and will enhance your immune system. Observe with each breathe how you become more at peace as your life becomes more balanced and more harmonious, as you continue to awaken to the Beloved in each moment by loving it all.

There were new people to MSIA in the audience who asked Paul how to “put things into the Light.” Paul explained the process and the importance of a neutral intention as one does this. Afterwards, Paul stayed to sign Momentum books.

The north Texas MSIA group who formed the team to assist in the book signing were: Carol Barger, Grace Allison, Delia Johnson, Linda Mottweiller and Connie Ward. Our photographer was Bill Elliott. Others who attended the event included Diedre Tinker, Ron Mottweiller and several Barnes and Noble bookstore shoppers.
