Dr. Paul Kaye Brings Comedy, Light and the Momentum of Loving to Austin Texas

Article imageDr. Paul Kaye’s Momentum: Letting Love Lead book tour, also known as the traveling comedy and Light show, made a stop in the beautiful city of Austin Texas on Thursday, March 6th. We all met up at Barnes and Nobles in the Arboretum for a 7:30 p.m. book signing by Dr. Kaye in support of the new book he co-authored with John-Roger. The air was filled with anticipation as 25 plus local MSIA members and a handful of folks from the bookstore joined Paul for a fun and insightful experience of the power of loving.

Dr. Kaye explained that loving is the “action of love” and that the title of the book reflects the powerful, dynamic and vital nature of love. The book contains many tools that are designed as simple practices for Spiritual living. These processes allow us to more easily touch back into the Spirit and awaken to our true nature.

The group was guided through a few of the exercises from the book which led to profound new awareness and much laughter. The idea of giving ourselves “breathing breaks” to re-focus our energy on the sacred space inside was truly a gift that can be used throughout our daily lives. Another key from the book that really works if put into practice, is the process of saying “I love this”; especially when you find yourself in a difficult moment. Try this! It is amazing the power these three little words have to change your experience.

At the conclusion of Dr. Kaye’s talk, he autographed our copies of the Momentum book. Paul’s wonderful sense of humor and obvious knowledge of the process of Spirit and importance of loving made for a beautiful and memorable experience for us all.

Many thanks to those who helped to make this event possible: Candy Spitzer for her constant, loving presence as MSIA Rep and organizer of this event.
