Insight‘s Best of Super II seminar has just taken place in Ojai, California. It’s held in retreat, and this year the location was the beautiful Ojai Valley Inn & Spa. Set in a quiet valley with views of the Topa Topa Mountains, the Inn is an ideal location for the seminar. Participants are taken care of in stylish luxury, from the superbly comfortable rooms to the fine dining. Golf and a full-service spa are available, and the seminar schedule is designed for folks to take full advantage.
The setting is obviously stupendous. What makes the seminar itself so remarkable? It’s all sharing! It’s a rare opportunity to spend three days with Insight’s Founder, John-Roger, and Spiritual Director, John Morton. They are joined by Michael Hayes, a gifted facilitator who has been involved with Insight since its beginning.
The facilitators guide participants to let go of what is no longer working, and express more of who they really are — all while being cradled in the heartfelt loving that is Insight’s hallmark. Naturally each person’s learning is unique. Even so, the group encouragement and support make it possible for everyone to benefit from each individual’s journey of the heart.
Insight I and II are, respectively, about the awakening and opening heart. Next comes Insight III, which is about centering in the heart. Insight IV assists with knowing the purpose of your heart. And the Insight Leadership Program is about leading from your heart, wherever you are.
Some have said that the most profound of all is Insight’s Best of Super II. One person described it as “bathing in the luxurious heart.” There are times of joyous laughter, and moments of indescribable tenderness.
