Question: How does the Soul clear karma on the lower levels?
Answer: In Passage Into Spirit, John-Roger states, “The Soul of a human being is individualized energy that has the ability to experience the levels of Spirit. It just does not have all the experiences, which is why the Soul incarnates to levels below God.” We are here to fulfill the purpose the world has for our soul so we can complete those experiences and move on. It really is just moment to moment, here and now. If you try to do it in the past, or you try to do it in the future, it will just be a futile effort. You just do what is here for you to do. Everybody can do it. It’s that simple.
In this world, we are to use everything for our upliftment, learning and growth. Whatever test, negativity or karma is here for you to clear will show up in this world, as much and at the highest rate as you can handle. So that really means up to your breaking point — up to the point where you could not handle it. So you are not given what you cannot handle. You are given from the Spirit, what’s brought to your awareness, as a learning experience exactly what you need. The Soul is practical and efficient to get you learning at the highest rate you can learn.
The Soul functions in liberation with and from all things. Your choices are yours, freely presented. Each choice reveals another facet of your soul’s perfection as one with God. There is a choice to partake in the consciousness that brings you to your soul and reveals it to you. When we awaken and participate in our consciousness of the Soul, then we realize the Soul is presenting new opportunities to clarify and purify ourselves and put ourselves in line with what is greater. The Soul is always asking how it can use any circumstance for learning and growth. When you can look upon your process with a sense of amusement, delight, peace and perfection, then you are in the consciousness of the Soul.
In Timeless Wisdoms, John-Roger stated, “The Soul is your connection to God’s loving heart.” Put yourself on the frequency of attunement with the Soul. That attunement is done inwardly by you activating the consciousness of the Soul. You call it forward, what we refer to as the Light — the radiation of the Soul. That Light radiation is coming off the vibration that is the pure emanation of God, what we call the sound or the sound current. That’s what we are going toward in terms of soul awareness and understanding what soul awareness is. So most important is your intention to vibrate to the sound current. From a simple, practical way it translates into loving. When you go to worship, go in loving. Come in loving as you worship. We do that through spiritual exercise.
Spiritual exercise brings our attention away from things in God’s creation that are in the lower levels — the negative, psychic, material levels. In order to move into soul awareness, choose to disengage from those levels. Set up your intention for soul awareness consciously each and every time you do spiritual exercise, which is how I relate to worship.
In Passage Into Spirit, John-Roger reminds us, “Who we are is brighter than all the lower levels, brighter even than the Lords of these levels. We are magnificent, but the physical body stops us from truly seeing our magnificence because we’re trained to look out here, externally, at and through the body of flesh. It is only through attunement, when we turn inward, that we can truly see what is truly here.”
Give plenty of compassion to your humanity, the ways you struggle by choice and the ways you let go of the struggle by choice. Know that the manifestations in the world are all temporary, all part of the grand illusion. The living truth is that in a single moment the veil lifts to reveal the eternal now, and you know you are a soul who is one with God always and in all ways.
Love your karma. Love what you are to learn. Love what you are to experience. Loving will free you and allow you to move on.
