When I was 14 years old I had a friend of mine at the time who would drive me to the Bodhi Tree Bookstore to introduce me to spiritual books and new age stuff. I was at the time living close to downtown Los Angeles. In my neighborhood it was not common to make it west of Western Ave.

There I was at the Bodhi Tree reading books about things I sensed in my life at that time as Spiritual. The energy there was uplifting for me. I found myself going there more often. I remember reading a John-Roger Discourse in his section of the bookstore, even though it would take me 8 years more until I would know of him and meet him physically.

On July 8th 2008 we launched the Spiritual Warriors DVDs at the Bodhi Tree. It was a special night for us. But it wouldn’t be perfect if John-Roger was not there. I introduced newcomers to Dr. John-Roger and spoke about his awesomeness. I navigated people through the DVD menu and took some questions.

Laura Mola brought food and our usual Warriors volunteered like Pryor Nun, Zoe Golightly, Richard Powell and many more. This night was filled with celebration and completion for all of us who have been working hard to make this film the best it can be. Thanks J-R
