With the joyous laughter of a wonderful group of volunteers, we began preparations for the Timeless Wisdoms Part 3 Webcast on June 2nd with John Morton and Leigh Taylor-Young. Leigh brought us volunteers together for a preliminary meeting, filling our hearts with anticipation and Light.
At the appointed time, Leigh welcomed eight countries, eight states in the U.S., and sixteen communities across the globe to the webcast of Timeless Wisdoms, based on the books by Dr. John-Roger — Timeless Wisdoms, Volume 1 and Timeless Wisdoms, Volume 2. She gave a brief history and explanation of MSIA and its founder, John-Roger, and then gave an invocation of Light. She then introduced John Morton, Spiritual Director of MSIA.
John asked members of the audience to read quotes from John-Roger’s Timeless Wisdoms books, and to present any questions they had. The first quote had to do with releasing blocks to greater health, wealth and happiness, and John reminded us to be specific and careful as to what we ask for. A second quote was about having the wit and wisdom to work smarter, and to let go. John’s response was to ask one’s self, “Is this working? Am I working with how things work? Am I being gradual and taking care?”
From Washington state, an online participant asked for Light for their pets’ health. John talked about attachment, which is a process, and appreciating and valuing the contribution of pets. From Venezuela, a woman asked how to differentiate between reality and fantasy. John’s answer was that fantasy doesn’t match up, and to practice patience.
