MSIA’s Second WorldWide Internet Q&A with John Morton

Article imageOn September 18, MSIA held its second worldwide question and answer session with John Morton on the internet. Vincent Dupont, one of MSIA’s Presidents, opened the event with loving and humor. He then introduced John Morton. In the wake of the events in New York City and Washington D.C., John Morton began by sharing The Lord’s Prayer translated directly from the original Aramaic, which you can find in its entirety by going to www.msia.org

John then shared a story written by his daughter Claire, a story about an elephant named Ester, who learned by trying and doing his best. That’s how the elephant became a god of wisdom.

Next we watched two video excerpts with helpful information in light of current events, both from seminars given by John-Roger. The first concerned the process of peace. J-R stated that, once you find that place of peace inside of you, you have to exercise it like a muscle. You can purchase this tape by John-Roger, titled, “The Peace Process”, at www.msia.org or by calling MSIA’s products department at 323-737-4055.

The second video excerpt was from J-R’s seminar titled, “Nuclear Radiation from Ground Zero.” He explained that nuclear (new-clear) radiation occurs when one is willing to sacrifice all to bring new, clear information and new energy to a situation. This seminar is available for purchase in audio and video format through the online store at www.msia.org or by calling 323-737-4055.

John then began taking questions from participants in the room and listeners online. Maria-Teresa Kelber and Laren Bright were once again seated at the back of the room with lap-top computers, from which they read (and translated) questions sent in by participants online. There were listeners online in locations throughout the U.S., and in England, Canada, Spain, Sweden, Austria, Mexico, Honduras, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Australia, Venezuela and New Zealand.

John touched on many subjects during the course of the evening, including the world’s political leadership, the case for loving even the ones we don’t like, and encouraging and participating in those things that are going to be lasting solutions. This is a time to hold and to radiate Peace, he said, and it’s better that this process take place in discussions rather than on battlefields. There is nothing that Peace cannot change, including hearts and minds. And, he added, if we don’t deal with the causes [of negativity], then the problem just keeps going.

John asserted that everyone is where they are on purpose, and to remember that we are spiritual beings inhabiting physical bodies. John remarked that the relationship of women is important. Women (all over the world) need to be empowered, so that they can express and fulfill themselves. The responsibility is going out to take care of one another. It is a rising in consciousness. What took place last week is unifying this nation, and the world, to be more caring, and to be more sharing with each other, because eventually we pay for lack of caring.

New York City is “ground zero”, and we’re starting over. Good, wonderful things are starting to happen, and they are ruling the day, such that “terrorist violence” has to change, has to turn, has to be turned. Loving must be re-seeded, and re-established.

We need to ask ourselves, What kind of world do we want or need to create, where we honor our brothers and sisters, where there is room for individuality, and not room for infliction? John stated that it might be that sovereign borders must come down. We cannot ignore it any longer, we turn it to the positive.

He talked about how we can create a world where peace is the order of the day, and reminded us that we’re dealing now with something that was put into motion long ago. It takes great courage, which is the energy of the heart, to stand for peace, and not resort to “an eye for an eye” consciousness. He acknowledged that there is a resident “fighter” within each one of us. It’s important that we teach that consciousness not to fight, but to go beyond oneself. We must love one another, that’s the key to peace.

We have the forgiveness in us that is God, enough to take on negativity and convert it. We don’t become part of the negativity, but instead we go free. And we leave wherever we are somehow better that when we found it. We can radiate kindness and gentleness, such that when it comes back around it is kinder and gentler.

When asked a question about fear, John challenged us all to set fear free, so that it has no power over us. We don’t have to take on fear, especially fear of our death. We can take on our death as a great celebration, the end of pain and the end of confusion. There is a bonus in this: If we knew that our dying meant the end of confusion and pain, and that only the good would go with us, that there would be no negative benefits, we would live our lives in freedom. All the bad and the negative gets left behind here when we die. He urged us to take advantage of any opportunity to get to the truth of who we are. This takes courage, to live in Truth fiercely and boldly, with every cell. It may seem as if we’re riding a tornado. Learn to enjoy the ride.

In answer to a question regarding learning the lessons of life, he said it takes however long it takes. God is very efficient and on purpose. He is not wasteful. We can fully trust that everything is on purpose. But we may tend to misinterpret what we’re going through. Struggle and confusion are signs of resistance to What Is. When one has an understanding, one takes authority. Going into repetition is karma. Be patient in order to get to acceptance, joy and love. Then the lesson is learned. Ask, “What am I learning, and how can I demonstrate the learning?”

Regarding a question from a mother in Santa Barbara as to how to explain last week’s events to children, John said that it is important to represent to them that we are equipped to handle it, and that their job is to grow, and to learn and play. We will shelter and protect them, and we will take on the brunt. We are to pass on the information, NOT the experience. And they need to hear about it from someone who loves them.

John said that we can create a lasting, and ever-lasting peace. Then, as a group we were asked to send Light to the 600 Muslim clerics who have been given the task of deciding whether the terrorists and their leaders will be brought to justice.

John then described terrorism as a form of cancer. Ignoring it doesn’t work. Terrorists have been described as being in “cells”. We must develop our “immunity” such that cancerous “cells” convert themselves to healthy cells. We must realize that we have been harboring our own negativity, and we cannot afford the luxury of a negative thought (to quote the title of John-Roger’s book). For conversion, turn to God. Be grateful for the calling to God and to prayer that is going out. Miracles can take place. Peace can come as a Light dawns across the world each morning. Do what it takes to have a world where we each get along.
John offered a closing prayer, and the evening was complete. Or, have we just begun?
