Blessed Bliss at the Blessings Fest Luncheon with John Morton

Around noon on Monday the 5th of July, a joyous, grateful and expectant group of Blessings Fest participants gathered outside the famed Melisse restaurant. We hugged, and greeted, and welcomed each other to this sacred event, and every face was radiant with love and happiness. Truly an inspiring example of Love-on-Two-Legs.

Judi Goldfader (who together with Jean Zero made this event possible) shepherded us into the restaurant, and we found ourselves a comfortable seat at a table or in a booth. One hundred and four (yes, that’s right…104!) Beloveds sat down to dine together.
This 8 course feast took place in exclusive surroundings, with luxurious crisp white table linen, and shiny heavy silver cutlery. And my favourite colors: purple and green orchids for that elegant finishing touch. We were served attentively and splendidly by the staff of the restaurant.

Paul Kaye called in the Light, and a hush moved through our group while we each wrote down our blessing requests on cards provided for this purpose.

Then, while course after course of delicious food graced our tables, for about 5 hours our beloved John Morton stood, held, and spoke to us of Spirit’s Blessings and great Love. John read our requests for Blessings, and addressed each one of these with gentle compassion, understanding and tenderness. The Traveler shared with and blessed us, even amidst sudden news of a brush fire burning in close vicinity to his home. Unwavering, dedicated, calm, loving, impeccable, and true: John honored us with his presence and gifted us with his Love.

I was touched and humbled when I realized that, while we were partaking of that delicious food, our Traveler stood without taking in food, and served us by blessing us. While we sat and filled our stomachs, he stood and filled our Hearts. His loving focus and gentle humor allowed us to experience great Peace, Gratitude, and Grace. And we were so very thankful to God that before the end of the Blessings Fest, the good news came through that the fire was put out and John’s family and pets were all safe.

After almost five hours of blessed Bliss, we left the restaurant filled to overflowing with sumptuous food for the body and sweet sustenance for the Soul. Knowing in our hearts and Soul that assistance and protection will be enveloping us each hour of the day, and that the Blessings will continue to be extended by Spirit over the next weeks and months.

Thank you, John, for allowing us to share this time with you, and for an exquisite experience of Living in Grace. I love you.
