MSIA travel staff is currently in the Midwest, providing MSIA Services (Innerphasings, Polarity Balances & Aura Balances) as well as MSIA events. Staff member, Angel Gibson, provides this update from the trip:

DAY 6 – KALAMAZOO – Walking in the Light

So much anticipation today as we wait for John Morton to lead us into the “Walking in the Light” workshop here in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Kay Stolsonburg, our able TC, commands us assisting troops warmly and effectively. There are some wonderful surprises that assist us to get into the flow and follow along with the exercises.

On breaks we visit with our Midwest friends. I get a chance to have an impromptu meeting with the Chicago key volunteers as they look ahead to preparing for next year’s staff visit. Funny how the Light creates the space for these kind of meetings that are requested, but I don’t always see how they can fit. Then “Light” and miraculously a window opens and everyone just happens to be close by so we gather quickly and easily.

Ezra Mack is the designated photographer for the weekend. His bright face is scanning the group for candids. Cay Velderman and Judy Kempa are womanning the products table which seems to have constant activity during the breaks. The day flows easily and then I join Cleora and MaryAnn Somerville for “dessert and coffee.” Ah, there’s time for some emails, and then bed claims me for the evening.

DAY 7 – KALAMAZOO – Walking in the Light

We start early today and John Morton takes Q&A, as promised. This is an added goodie for those who were willing to come earlier this morning. We have almost a full house. Then it’s into the rest of “Walking in the Light.” Every time I do this workshop I learn another refinement that I haven’t heard before. By the end I’m glowing as is everyone else around me. Of course, this seems to have been the absolutely best and most gracefully easy workshop. We’re veritably floating, but that doesn’t stop us and some wonderful volunteers from getting the sound cases packed. After many hugs and thanks to all the assisting team, Kay and Cay, we depart the training room.

MaryAnn, Cleora and I catch another bite together, enjoying de-briefing the weekend, the rest of the staff is having a quiet night each in their own way. After a little evening walk around downtown, Cleora heads back to our rooms for a little packing. I visit with the Chicago MSIA guys as we watch some of the Cubs game — sorry cubs and Chi town — it just wasn’t happening for you. It’s time for me to do my own packing and a few more emails. Tomorrow is our long road trip to St. Louis. It’s time to rest!
