We arrived early at the gorgeous Melisse restaurant in Santa Monica. Others began arriving, all decked out for a very special lunch with John Morton and John-Roger. The occasion was a fundraiser for IIWP, the brainchild of Judi Goldfader.

Last year, Judi says she was inspired to make John’s book, “The Blessings Already Are”, come alive and so she created an event where ” people could place things in the Light and have a direct experience of receiving their blessing.” Judi reports that last year’s event was so successful that she wanted to repeat it.

John Morton and the MSIA Presidency (Paul Kaye, Vincent DuPont and Mark Lurie) also must have liked the event, as they mingled with the group and thanked people for their donations. The IIWP team was in full force—the new IIWP director David Rodgers and his wife Theresa were making sure everyone felt welcomed.

Over fifty donors sat down to gorgeously set tables and enjoyed an exquisite menu of cold cucumber soup, corn ravioli, a choice of carrot and shrimp soup or a lovely salad and a choice of halibut or filet mignon.
