Registration Info from PTS for Passage Into Spirit Trip

John-Roger will participate health permitting.

Dates: TENTATIVE dates are March 23 through April 6, 2002 OR March 30 through April 13, 2002

Deposit: $1,500 minimum deposit is required.

Approximate Total cost: $8000.

Preference for selection will still be given to those who have completed these various courses and services:
-PAT I, II and III.
-Living in Grace.
-Aura Balance 1,2 and 3.
-Master of Spiritual Science Program.
-Doctor of Spiritual Science Program.
-An active subscription to MSIA Soul Awareness Discourses.

We are also considering opening up the trip to friends and relatives (including children with needed supervision) who would not be participating in the Passage Into Spirit processes. Other activities such as cruise excursions and group meals would be available to the entire group. Family and friends who do not participate in the Passage Into Spirit processes could choose to come for only one week or both weeks of the trip (i.e. cruise only, land only, or both.) Of course, everyone who applies must be approved by the Travel Advisory Committee before we can confirm their place on the trip. Preference will be given to people who choose to go for the entire 2 weeks as our overall costs in chartering a cruise, flight or accommodations could be fixed regardless of the number of participants.

We will offer full refunds on or before October 30, 2001. After this date there will be a $500 non-refundable and non-transferable cancellation fee (see cancellation policy below).

Due to the popularity of our destination and the proximity of the departure date, we are required to pay substantial deposits upfront to secure our group reservations. Taking this into account, we have established the payment and cancellation dates outlined below so that we can know in advance who (and how many) are going on the trip.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Here’s the payment schedule required for you to stay current with your registration for this Trip.

a) On November 15th a payment of $3,500 is due.

b) On January 15th, 2002 the balance of $3,000 is due, bringing total paid to $8,000.

c) January 31st, 2002 is the last day to notify us and pay in full for your trip upgrades.

CANCELLATION POLICY

a) October 30th is the last day to apply and qualify for a full refund.

b) For cancellations made after October 30th, the cancellation fee is $500.

c) For cancellations made after November 15th the cancellation fee is $3,000.

d) For cancellations made after December 15th the cancellation fee is $5,000

e) For cancellations made after February 15th, drop outs and no shows the full amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Participants that have cancelled the Trip can reapply and their names will go to the bottom of the waiting list. Late payment applicants will go to the bottom of the waiting list.

If you have already filed an application, your application is valid at this time. However, we do need to receive confirmation from you that you are still interested in attending. Also we would like to know if you have family or loved ones who are interested in applying for all or part of the trip.
