It was great to be back in my home town Miami, Florida.
Day 1
Started with dinner at a Cuban restaurant that my Dad and my stepmother have gone to many times. My Dad treated J-R and his Warriors to tasting Cuban food.
After a warm meal and great company we headed back to the hotel and prepared for a long day of the Spiritual Warriors screening and the Blessings Fest with John Morton.
Day 2
While John-Roger meditated, Zoe headed out to Unity by the Bay where she introduced Spiritual Warriors to Unity’s flock along with John Morton who gave a blessing to the group and sharing his new book You Are the Blessings. I came later to Unity and introduced Spiritual Warriors to the Latin community. Javier Vera and others have been helping to get us to Unity by the Bay. We have been trying to screen with Unity churches around the world. It was a beautiful congregation. They talked about the same things J-R talks about. Earlier, one of the Ministers read from Dr. John-Roger’s Spiritual Warrior book book in the section called Control — The Master Addiction. Zoe sold many Spiritual Warriors DVDs and about 600 people came to see the film. LTY, Rick and I did the Q & A. I found many people had question about their experiences during the movie.
To my surprise my sister arrived with her two kids. While the movie ran, I went to pick up my 91 year old granny. I brought them to meet J-R. Awesome! She and my sister came to John Morton’s awesome Blessings Fest as a guest. John Morton cranked out the blessing as it got late. Phil Danza was manning the NOW fort all by himself. By midnight we were all packing and getting ready for a 7:30am pick up to the airport for Aruba.
In finishing, for me Miami was a great example of J-R’s work and the Spirit that holds for us and for the Blessings that God has given to my family. Though we didn’t start close, we are now closer than ever because of the loving that MSIA/J-R has given to me, and in turn my family receives the love of the Traveler. Love to you always J-R.
