What Is the Right Path to God?

What is the right path to God?

The way to God is based on loving – loving that is focused towards God. When you’re on a path of grace, you’re heading towards God. That is grace – loving that is focused towards God.

The reality is that out of God comes all things. So guess where the loving has to go? If you’re going to place loving towards God, then you have to place loving towards all things.

Focus your loving first in the relationship that you have with yourself. Find and experience that loving. Once you’ve located the loving of yourself, it then allows you to share and give that loving to others. Then you bear witness into your own holiness and the divine state within you.

Your ability to behold that divine state is a key. So get to the origin, the essence of what is going on here in this world – which is you are love. You are good. You are entirely good regardless.

One of the essential teachings of MSIA is to want God and to want to see the face of God. So want to know God as much as you want your next breath. Ask yourself, “Okay, with this next breath, what’s the best choice here?” Do things that are going to benefit who you are, your family, your community, and the people that you love who are your friends. Make the most out of your day.

You don’t have to do something complicated. It’s really the intention to be with yourself such that you realize something great and miraculous is going on in every moment. When we know God as who we are, not partially but completely, we find ourself in a state that is indescribable and amazingly good. It is a state of freedom.

When you realize yourself as a loving being, as a truthful being not confined by this world or the things of this world, something very beautiful comes to you. So be grateful. Give thanks for this next breath and for all the rest that comes to you in your life.
